SHA Housekeeping Academy
How to onboard your team, track their progress, and manage assessments — step by step.
Before you can manage employees, you need a company account. This only needs to be done once.
Go to Company Signup
From the app navigation menu, go to Learn → Company Signup (or navigate directly to /CompanySignup).
Enter Your Company Details
Fill in your company name and confirm your details. Once submitted, your Employer Dashboard is created automatically.
Access Your Dashboard
Navigate to Employer Dashboard from the app menu. You'll see your unique invite link at the top of the page — this is how staff join your company.
You only register once. All future management happens from the Employer Dashboard.
There are two ways to add employees to your company account.
Option A — Send a Direct Email Invite
Enter their email address
In the Invite Employee by Email section on your dashboard, type the employee's email address into the input field.
Click "Send Invite"
The employee will receive an email with a personalised link to join your company on the SHA app.
Employee accepts the invite
When they click the link, they create their account and are automatically linked to your company.
Option B — Share Your Invite Link
Copy the invite link
At the top of your Employer Dashboard, there is a unique invite link. Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
Paste and send this link via WhatsApp, SMS, group chat, or email. Anyone who opens the link can join your company team.
Check the Invites tab on your dashboard to see who has been invited and whether they've signed up yet.
Once employees join, your dashboard becomes your control centre. Here's what each section shows.
Total Employees
How many staff are linked to your company.
Avg Completion
The average % of lessons completed across all employees.
Active Today
How many employees have logged learning activity today.
Total Modules
The total number of lesson steps available across all modules.
Dashboard Tabs
The streak counter shows how many consecutive days an employee has been learning — great for spotting engaged staff!
Photo assessments allow you to verify real-world skill application. Employees upload Before & After photos as they complete key modules.
Go to the "Assessments" tab
On your Employer Dashboard, click the Assessments tab.
Review submitted photos
You'll see cards for each submitted assessment. Each card shows the employee's name, the module (Bed Making, Bathroom, or Kitchen), and their Before & After photos side by side.
Pass or provide feedback
Click Pass if the work meets your standard. If further practice is needed, mark it as Needs Improvement and add a note — the employee will be able to see your feedback.
Assessment photos are only visible to employers and admins — employees cannot see each other's submissions.
If a staff member leaves, you can remove them from your company at any time.
Go to the "Progress" tab
Find the employee in the progress table.
Click the delete icon
On the far right of their row, click the 🗑 trash icon. This removes them from your company — they keep their account and personal progress, but are no longer linked to your team.
Each module is a structured, step-by-step learning pathway. Employees work through lessons at their own pace, with timers, checklists, tips, and AI-generated visuals to support them.

All modules include timed practice sessions, pro tip cards, AI-generated visual guides, and a photo-based assessment for employer sign-off.
So you can guide your team confidently, here's exactly what an employee sees and does.
Employee receives an invite email or link and creates their free SHA account.
They enter your company invite code (from the link) and are linked to your team automatically.
From the app Home screen they choose a module (e.g. Bed Making) and start Lesson 1.
Each lesson has a description, checklist, pro tips, and a visual guide. They tap "Mark Complete" when done.
Once all lessons in a module are complete, they are prompted to upload a Before & After photo for your review.
You review the photos in your Assessments tab and mark Pass or Needs Improvement.
On passing, the employee receives a Certificate of Completion for that module.
